Cancellation | Return | Refund Terms & conditions

  1.  No exchange, No Return, No Refund on a dislike basis or any size issues. We strive to provide the best, but every customer's taste and preference is unique.

  2. Parcel Opening Video is a compulsory unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong, or missing items. The issue must be clear in the video without any pause or cut, and reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  3. Any issue will be raised within  24 hours of receipt. After that, DB Fashions is not responsible.

  4. In case of Exchange, shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, no excuse on that ☝👆👈

  5. Slight colour variation or light-dark due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings.

  6. Due to heavy dispatch, sometimes tracking may get delayed, but it is always dispatched on time. 

  7. Small issues like a thread coming out, a Removable stain or spot, or open stitching are not considered damage. For clothes

  8. Shipping charge fixed as applicable, OR FREE on some products as mentioned during ordering.

  9. Always mention the customer's contact number in the addresses..... if the parcel is returned, we won't take responsibility, and shipping will be charged again.
